Victors league is ready to go and payments have been pouring in (ok, 2 teams)

1. Only change is weekly high score payouts will only be for Weeks 10-14 with an increase to $50 per week. The goal is to keep teams invested late in the year.

2. Divisions and draft order reset. Closed my eyes and hit shuffle a bunch. Tuesday, 9/7 at 8 eastern (shows as PDT for some reason).

3. Only the last place will be at risk of relegation.
