They were 14th in SP+ last year so they were only an 8-4ish team because of a tough schedule.

The defense was very good and they got enough out of Mateer to win games. I guess the big question is whether his dip in the second half of the season was the result of his hand injury or a reflection that he is a flat track bully who doesn't do well against good opponents.
