I'd strongly suggest checking out Boss The Collection Vigorous Cologne (notes: citrus, cedar, oakmoss). It's a relatively new & universally beloved. Totally work-safe--it's pretty crisp/fresh for being solidly masculine. For something stronger but still work-safe, Bois Imperial Extrait is fantastic*

Other recent favorites of mine, which might work for your situation:

- Terre de Hermes Eau Givree (juniper, citrus, cool mineral notes)
- Dior Homme Cologne ("lemonade," iris/white florals, clean musk)
- Amouage Overture Man (cumin, cognac, resinous smoke)
- Profumum Roma Arso (pine and warm resins)

And some that are amazing but probably too "sexy" for a professional setting:
- Givenchy Gentleman Society Ambree (nutmeg, sandalwood, vanilla)
- Comme de Garcon Black (sweet smoke)
- Tom Ford Noir Extreme (vanilla custard) and Noir Extreme Parfum (same, but slightly spicier)
- Guerlain Habit Rouge Parfum (vanilla, rum and citrus/bergamot)
- Uomo Salvatore Ferragamo (cardamom, black pepper, tonka -- a super popular date-night fragrance from 10 yrs ago that is now super cheap on gray market sites).
