The Victors

He's been around forever. He started blogging back in the mid-Aughts when everyone with a law degree had a sports blog. He couldn't hack it as a lawyer (failed the bar exam and then had to take the bar in the Virgin Islands to pass) and found a niche writing about SEC football. He wrote a book about traveling around the SEC going to games that was halfway decent. He then realized that there was a lot of money to be made in fusing SEC takes with right-wing politics and away he went. He's cashed in on it in a major way. He occasionally tries to weave in legal issues when he writes and is usually 100% wrong.

Also, he was the first person to block me on Twitter. I made fun of him for suggesting that Nashville should be the permanent host of the CFB title game.
