I you would check my posting history you will see I am not a Trump sycophant.
Trump has deviated away from targeted tariffs into retaliatory tariffs. Trump has deviated from emphasis on using supply side economic tools to restore manufacturing by embracing AI. That embrace of AI smacks of government control of the economy which I am against. Trump the showman has touted DOGE and fraud while national debt has grown unabated. Throw in his inner tycoon touting growth in profits and markets rather than jobs, wages, and inflation , he is in danger of having the midterms end any chance of MAGA economic promises coming to full fruition. Would I vote for Trump again? Hell yes . When all is said and done, Trump will have three undeniable achievements: denying Hillary Clinton, the presidency, denying Kamala Harris the presidency, and restoring some resemblance of operational control of the nations borders.
