We had a power outage yesterday and I guess it messed up the equipment because it couldn't be fixed with resets and whatnot, and they were going to send a guy out *Friday*!!!

What the fuck? So I got faster internet for $20 less per month from T-Mobile, which just put in new cables on my street. That's crazy though, it was going to take 5 days to get a tech? Just fedex me another tower, right?
