I'm wary of camp talk, although this staff does seem to be relatively straightforward when it comes to public evaluations of their players.

I know I'm repeating myself, but I think we'll really know what we have IRT Underwood and the offense after the Oklahoma and Iowa games. Both these teams know how to play defense scheme wise. If Michigan's offense can perform well against them, then maybe it'll be time to change preseason expectations, i.e., 8-4 give or take a loss.

I'm still worried about the DTs and LBs as well. Part of it is the front line talent and part of it is depth. If things get leaky there, then teams will just run between the tackles and go play action on the passing game when the safeties start cheating.
