For those who (like me) are in the bad habit of scrolling through Tik Tok, Reels or similar, what is your "auto-scroll" trigger? The thing that will immediately get you to blaze past a video without watching a fraction of a second longer?

I have a few:
1: "I don't know who needs to hear this, but . . ." Not me. I don't need to hear it. And I won't.
2. "Why is nobody talking about . . ." I don't know what is going to come next, and I never will, but I'm pretty sure that whatever it is people ARE talking about it.
3. The sound effect of forced laughter, the one that sounds like someone is literally about to pass out because they are laughing so hard at whatever the video is. The sound is just nails on a chalkboard to me.
4. "Get ready with me while I . . ." No, I'm not going to watch you put on makeup while you talk about whatever inane shit is on your mind right now. I get these rarely, but I have no idea why they ever come up on my feed. Makes me seriously question the algorithm.
