Carr exceeded expectations as a true freshman 3-star and took full advantage of the fact that he and Bryce were the only QBs this spring. And yes, buzz around BFN has been weird since he didn't join in spring and anything I've heard in the last month or so hasn't made me think he's going to push for the QB2 job like I previously assumed.
