The Victors

Bunch of young adults who have put out thousands of hours of non-controversial, generally wholesome content. My point in defending them is that the collective “we” are giving them more grief than we do actual perpetrators of domestic violence.

The ad was bad, someone should have prevented it from happening, but I have 0% doubt in my mind that there was any ill intent or hidden agenda. “I guess it’s okay to beat your wife now” is a wild leap.

Like I said last night - maybe the intent didn’t hit with you because of a generational gap, but I was able to immediately understand what they were parodying and what they were “trying” to do with the script. It didn’t work and they deserve some flack for it, but jumping to the idea that these guys must be MAGA wifebeaters is bullshit.
