while at a chiropractor. Is there some kind of manipulation or massage point that makes strokes more likely? I mean maybe around the neck or neck arteries but it seems unlikely to me. Does anybody know?

    - chiropractors working on necks can cause vertebral artery dissections. It is not super common, but I have met multiple patients that have had a stroke from it. Would highly recommend not letting them touch your neck* - By DoctorD August 26, 2026 at 07:03:17 PM
