One last chance to take shots at Wink. I am on Team Seth there. YMMV. Michigan had issues with third down defense all year and those came up huge in the OSU game as we lost the high leverage plays. Then again, Seth also points out that the defensive personnel wasn't that good, especially on the DL, and that the strategies that worked in 20221-24 didn't work without a dominant DL. Thoughts and prayers for JHD and Pierce to be elite this year.
Also, Rolder graded out like a hero. He went in the fourth round so I can't say that he made a mistake in going pro but we might end up ruing the fact that the GM allocates so little money to LB and thus the Sullivan/Rolder combo we could have had this year is going to be replaced by something significantly worse.
