The Victors

I went all in, and over the years, purchased the mower, trimmer, hedge trimmer, pole saw, snowblower and blower along with 2 - 7.5ah batteries and 3 smaller ones (because they are much lighter for the hand held stuff). All have worked well, but recently, the bump feed on the trimmer broke - I was shocked to find that they no longer have factory authorized service ANYWHERE near me (like hundreds of miles away). Toro apparently pissed off their dealers by favoring the big box stores and the dealers have all withdrawn their support for Toro. You have to find and buy a part online and take it to them where they will reluctantly service the unit. I bought a new off brand bump head and was able to retrofit it myself but, damn....I have a shit-ton on Toro stuff now that now seems pretty vulnerable.
