Those people have no idea how much the schools are actually spending.

Some schools spend more than Michigan because they go HAM in the portal where prices are higher. We aren't paying $1.5M for a four-star edge in HS, or an LB that hasn't started. That doesn't mean Michigan isn't a top spender; it means they are smart.

Michigan is a top 10 spender, and within 5-10M of the highest.
