Dusty immediately improves the team while Michigan football flounders. In lock step basketball keeps getting better as football falls apart. Personal issues on steroids, brain troubles, awful football. One of the most justified firings in college football history. MBB national championship.
Now basketball is paving the way with Dusty leaving in awful fashion, a devastating injury, and suddenly, hmm the new football staff and team has a renewed sense of optimism.
Many here said the day Sherrone went mental, “Wow, this level of fuckup could pave the way for a title in basketball.” Which is exactly what happened. I mean, if Michigan football even makes the playoffs it keep going. What has long been a joke on the board has played out so damn cleanly.
