ok two double post updates - "post reply" goes grey as soon as you hit it, so it should be impossible to double-click.

if the same poster somehow submits the identical post (same subject, body, and parent) within two minutes, via back button or browser hiccup or something, it should land you on the post that already exists instead of creating a twin.
