Will this be the year OSU finally has a "down" (for them) year, at least record-wise? They have haven't lost more than 2 regular season games since 2011, and only a handful of times period this century.

But they lost a lot this year, which is tough to replace no matter how well you recruit. And their schedule is beast. I know we have been complaining about how tough our schedule is, but theirs is worse. At Texas, Iowa, Indiana, USC and Nebraska. Tough home games against Oregon and Michigan. If they don't drop at least 3 against that schedule they have really done something.
