God only knows how much money they’re spent building lanes everywhere in a city where it rains nine months of the year and the whole city is basically on the side of a big hill. The good news though is that there is also a bus system that nobody uses that costs about $12 per ride per user so the bikers have another taxpayer subsidized option to take advantage of when it is cold and wet.

Oh, and they just dropped the speed limit by five mph everywhere for “safer streets.” 95% of the city relies on their cars as primary form of transportation and it is literally the lowest priority in the latest city transportation plan.
