Food thing: I’m generally not a fan of loose ground meat dishes…

The kind where you brown the ground meat, then season it: Spaghetti sauce, taco meat made with hamburger, sloppy joe type dishes, hamburger on pizza, etc.

I like “tight” ground meat dishes: hamburgers, meat balls.

This type of taco meat, or chili, are fine, but I have a pretty strong preference for other kinds of meat in these dishes.
