But yea, all of the traffic (big trucks, every day, driving up and down Isabella; construction crew was permitted to park on both sides of the street, normally a no-parking zone), noise and dust sucked. Couldn't keep our cars clean the last two years -- early in the teardown process, Northwestern offered a free car wash to neighbors, which of course was dirty after the next day of construction).
