Khaleke Hudson had a few from the outside. But that's measuring in at least some size/defensive ability. I just want the fastest 10yd dash guy on the team (who isn't necessarily the top 40 guy)...

A perfect case would be Xavier Worthy - 5'10, 165 lbs, but so insanely quick in his first step (and elite 40 time on top of it).
Even a little shove would throw him off, but if you have a guy on each side like that, can you definitely get a touch on both while still holding the second guy in on both sides and the middle?
That Colorado guy tonight had that kind of extreme first step reaction time. He was halfway around the outside blocker before he took a full step back. And he did his job as well as possible - he went from inside out and the inside guy would have had a free run if he had taken every measure to get out to the speedster.
