And ok, he may or not have killed anyone, though who knows in all that fog - maybe a guy he "just" pistol whips dies of a brain injury.
But you're part of the crew that was responsible for many many deaths, and you knew that possibility going in - especially in the last heist. You're a fucking murderer in my book. Give him the chair.
