The staff was so sure we’d win easily that “trying some shit out” was more important than getting points on the board. I know this offense is going to have a lot of looks, a lot of motion, a lot of variety out of the same looks. But what we saw looked like throwing the whole playbook at WMU to see who executes and what works, and very little “this is our base; let’s go out and rep it.”
