I don’t like winning (and especially don’t like losing) with controversy. If they could’ve explained the situation during the broadcast it would’ve done a lot to end confusion and prevent the feeling of a conspiracy to everyone else.
I know, screw everyone else, but I’m worn out from being told we’re getting away with something. And of course the biggest thing is we played like crap against a lesser team and it feels like we stole one. If this happened against OU or OSU I’d be ecstatic for any win and vigorously posting the B1G response to any and all haters. But this time it doesn’t feel like we deserved the win anyway, even if there were no clock shenanigans.
Oh well, hopefully we improve a ton and can still pull a big upset or two. I’m not as down as some on the whole season, but I have definitely moved expectations down by a game or so.
