"Decision Making" is his biggest issue imo (m)

Over analyzing, waiting too long, then he is rushed and his fundamentals break down.

He looked so good on the scripted first series, then we got bad footwork, late throws to receivers that had been open but no longer were, locking one primary receiver, etc.

Paralysis by analysis.
