The turnaround at Utah with this head coach seems like the most relevant data point. the difference is he brought his qb so less transition.

but utah went from disaster (in part because of qb injuries admittedly) to awesome. If we can improve similar to 2019, i think we will be fine, and our D is prob better than it was then tbh.
