I just looked at my recording of it and it's legit.

The discrepancy has to be like 0.2 seconds or something. I was able to pause it on my phone but I can't take a screen capture (youtube tv blacks out the image if you try to capture an image). On my pc, I can't click play/pause fast enough to time it properly.
