So this new NCAA memo released yesterday is another example of a rule not written for the power conferences (m)

Power conferences have hawk-eye technology and other dedicated cameras that can make sure the time is accurate but these morons are writing rules for every level of NCAA and say it should default to the broadcast feed which makes zero sense for the power conferences. Clowns.
