I mean, I guess that's possible, but it doesn't strike me as likely that you held back the really successful stuff that you repped the shit out of all Fall camp and instead ran stuff that was really basic because you didn't want the really good team to see it. In this case, like Oklahoma doesn't know Beck's offense and will only prepare for the vanilla stuff that you ran against WMU. Yes teams put in "wrinkles" and such to attack specific defenses and tendencies but the idea that Beck had some other call sheet that he couldn't use against WMU because he had to save it, at the risk of losing the game, so they could surprise Oklahoma with it is a pretty absurd proposition.
