Poll or survey: sabbaticals (professors and clergy on the board can ignore this)

I know of a very small number of companies who allow their employees to take a sabbatical every ___ years. Anyone here work for a company that does that? Have you ever taken one?

The real question, which is just a fantasy for me, is: what would you do if you had that opportunity? You can answer in whatever context you want in terms of duration, whether you currently have a wife and kids, etc. Just your ultimate sabbatical fantasy.
