Within minutes after Justice Kavanaugh denied an attempt to stay an Order of the Missouri Supreme Court, US District Judge Stephen Clark (ND grad) audaciously granted an injunction in a separate case to prevent the enforcement of the Missouri Supreme Court's judgment. This matter quickly made its way to the US Supreme Court, which just stayed the District Court's injunction. The key here is that the US Supreme Court order was issued "without dissent," which means that Clark was rebuked by Thomas and Alito. Ouch.
