Coaches and Bryce were frustrated. I don't think they are beating him up when he is already beating himself up, but they're making it clear this can't continue.

I think Beck, Detmer, Harding probably felt the worst of it from Whitt this week.

The players' meeting was pretty straightforward IMO. Just captains holding themselves and the team accountable. Resetting the standard. I think there's been so much focus on evolving from last season to this year, new era and standards and what not, that the game itself kind of snuck up on them. I've been hesitant to post what I've been hearing about practice because it feels like sunshine blowing after the Western game, but it's been all positive. Very positive.

He had Monza won, Toto is on the radio telling him to take it easy, and the kid pushes HARD for the fastest lap... on the very last lap.   - For Carr to START at UTEP? Whew, not just bad, but Bryce needs to become uncoachable. Whitt likes Bryce and believes in him and is willing to trust the development and time it may take.
