My take is that street wear receded in influence and Nike got greedy selling stuff like the tech fleece line for say $180 when other brands were doing similar at say $80

Nike has never been manufactured that well. Most their stuff falls apart after a season or two, so when tastes change and you are marking up poorly made stuff so high yea sales gonna go down.

I also think it hurts them that Lebron is firmly a millenial and there is no superstar singular Gen Z American athlete right now. Not like Tiger or Michael or Lebron prior.
