The Victors

I had an office at Eastern Michigan University. In the old McKenny Union. My wife called to tell me that a plane had flown into a building in New York. I told her that a B-25 had flown into the Empire State Building in 1945. She said it looked bad so I hung up and walked out into the Union and there were 2 or 3 people watching one of the tv's. They showed a replay of a plane hitting one of the towers. At least I thought it was a replay. It was actually the second plane hitting the 2nd tower live.

I went back to my office & called my wife. I then spent the rest of the day with this community.
