Clay Travis (whoever that is) is completely wrong, of course. What’s wrong with land acknowledgements is that they cost nothing and result in nothing but assuaged white guilt and self-congratulation. If you really want to make life a little more fair for the people that land was taken from, there are any number of ways that could be done.
