Agree. I think team meetings should only start after 9 or end by 4. Now, if there is an emergency/time sensitive deadline, that might be 8 and 6.

But otherwise, no. I will meet with people at 7 am or 6 pm, but I would only do that if I knew they were going to be in or ask if they wanted to meet that early.
