Feels like Texas would be in the 2nd category, along with Notre Dame & (to be fair) Michigan if asking non Michigan fans).

Those in the 1st Category would be Ohio State, Sparty, etc. Of the former PAC 12 “new” BigTen schools, I’ve heard people from all 3 of the USC, UCLA, and Washington fanbases independently bring up Oregon as being in that 1st category too.
