1. The OL doesnt move anyone and seemingly cant move themselves either. Kinda limits both smashmouth and pulling to run wide;
2. The RBs - surprisingly - also look slow. Should have paid Haynes to stay even if it cost Hiter.(I am now firmly in the "get proven players in the portal rather than develop 18 year olds" camp;
3. Underwood was much better than game 1 but just cant throw. 15 yards in 2nd half seems as much a baseline as an aberration.

Other than Buchanon, the WRs (and even more the TEs) have also been mediocre, completing the "whole offense is lousy" picture. But we know Marsh is talented so his relative disappearance might be secondary to other factors.

    - The 15 yards is not on Bryce. They didn't let him throw it. That's on Beck. Bryce would have put up 200 if they had run the first half plays. Also re the running backs - By Rich September 13, 2026 at 10:10:16 AM
