QB is getting sacked and ducks his head in a way the helmet is prone to coming off. Defender had a perfectly normal attack angle where his wrap arm is suddenly head level through no fault of his own. I get why it’s a penalty, but it will always feel like a bullshit call.

Marshall didn’t grab the helmet, he barely snagged the back in a normal football motion.
