(20.5 to 20.7 million depending on the specific payroll series calculation) as the Bureau of Labor Statistics recorded the peak impact of the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns.

Could be worse, I guess, and maybe it will be. Thank goodness we have a steady hand on the rudder.
