similar texure to korean friend chicken but with like the umani flavor of really good miso soup. the fish flavor is not at all overpowering, quite mild. guy down in chinatown sells them for 80cents a wing. picked up 15 earlier. that's about 1.5k calories i'd imagine. got a workout in today but still.
