Um, why the fuck does the state care whether the privacy, dignity, emotional well being etc of a wife beater is threatened or impaired? Shouldn't exactly that happen?
The victim stuff is bullshit - she could ask for the order herself, but didn't. So fuck him. A lawyer on X supposed that the main motive was to deny the NFL evidence for their investigation, but I don't know, the video of him slamming her down in the garage was already made public.
