I think Whitt and Jim are both in that modern NFL mindset of limited hitting in the week and certainly in fall camp. Michigan had good "ramp up" schedules for the most part under Jim and his teams would usually improve during the year as they got more live reps.

Let's hope this is the way with Whitt.
