The Victors

I was in Kalamazoo on Sept 5th. My closest friend and I had dinner at the home of two retired WMU faculty members. We watched the game after dinner. The wife hates Michigan with a white-hot passion. The entire game, she repeated, "Michigan will somehow win this game. They always do." When Michigan did, she wasn't happy. We beat a hasty retreat. Wonderful women, but we laughed all the way home anyway.

I have a degree from UM & WMU. Many decades ago, I owned rental properties just off East Campus on a court near Davis & Lovell Streets. You could walk to the top of the court and look out over Waldo Stadium.
