It's an unnecessary war started and prosecuted by stupid people. But here goes:
1) Iran's military and economic losses are far worse than ours.
2) We've had an excellent test run of our capabilities, and lack.
3) We've identified and solved *some* problems in munitions procurement.
4) The world has moved toward less dependence on the Strait and the Gulf.
5) It's been probably the worst single blow to Trump (even though it shouldn't have been).
