I’m at 99.8% with over 2000 transactions. One negative feedback.

Here’s the story from the one negative feedback:

A buyer purchased a card from me and I packaged it. I put in the blue USPS mailbox next to my house. Card was never scanned in by the post office and no tracking updates. Buyer thinks that I never sent the card so he’s upset. I told him I would give him a full refund if he doesn’t receive it. Two months go by and still no tracking updates. eBay refund period starts and buyer requests a refund. I miss the message and buyer gets an automatic refund within a few days. Buyer is upset with USPS and accuses me of not sending the card and leaves me negative feedback.

And after I give him the refund, after three months of no tracking record, the card magically shows up as delivered. So I now have negative feedback and am out a $75 card.
