Clock is running and they get the snap off 0.2 seconds before the game clock in the stadium flips to 0, completing a Hail Mary to win in thrilling fashion. Referees go to a replay review whether the snap was in time and declare the game was over prior to that play because the broadcast feed incorrectly had the game time at 0 before the snap. Do we get a memo asserting that the proper protocol was followed?
