Pork chops were ruined for many, many years by incorrect guidance about food safety/cook temperature.

Generations of cooks were told people would die and chaos would reign in the streets unless every drop of moisture was cooked out of those poor pork chops. Now that sanity has prevailed, people actually get to experience how good they actually can be.
