What a terrible, terrible experience they make it into. This was a no-haggle dealer and she had researched the model, price, etc extensively. Basically the easiest sale ever for the dealership. And yet they manage to turn every step into a shit show.

She has a good job and good credit—their first offer on a loan was 9.something%! They fuck around some more and come down couple points. She calls her credit union, gets a much better rate, and then they eventually beat that rate.

Lather, rinse, repeat with the extended warranty shit, blah blah blah.
