so they keep bringing him back despite the fact there is maybe a 0.01% chance the NCAA would ever reopen that case. First off, they are pretty much cooked and have zero power and secondly, they aren't going to circle back and go, "Oh, we must have missed that in our 2 year thorough examination of everything in the entire university, thanks Justin. Now it's hammer time!"

It's all grifter nonsense. I find amusement in the rubes who believe it could actually happen getting continuously disappointed and coming back for more so sadly, I still keep up on it.
